Personally identifiable information is collected during the checkout process. This includes your name, shipping address, email address, and phone number. You may opt to not share this information with us. However, this information is necessary for account creation and order completion. 

Financial Data

Financial information collected, when you place an order on our website, is used only for payment, returns, or exchanges. We do not save or store this information.  All financial information is handled by our payment processors. Please review their privacy policies for more information.

This information may be used to send you information regarding special offers, new products or website and policy updates. As mentioned above, this information is also collected to process orders and create your website account. We do not share or sell personal information with third parties.

Shipping Policy

All orders ship free, and are guaranteed to ship within 1-3 days of payment, with the exception of custom orders or orders which are externally shipped. Most orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days of purchase. If you have not received your order within 7 business days, please contact us here. Custom orders may take up to 2 weeks to ship. Externally shipped items ship according to the external vendor's shipping policies.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope that our customers are always happy with their purchases. However, we understand that there are times when you may need to make a return or exchange. With the exception of custom or deeply discounted items, all purchases are eligible for return or exchange. 

Returns

* DUE TO THE BOUTIQUE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER OCT. 31, 2022

To initiate a return, please contact us here. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Case by case exceptions may be made at our discretion. All returns will be credited to the original source of payment, unless store credit is requested.  

Exchanges

To initiate an exchange, please contact us here. In the event the replacement is less than the cost of the original purchase, a partial refund will be issued. If the replacement item costs more than the original item, an invoice will be sent for the difference in cost. The replacement item will only be shipped after the original purchase has been received.

All items being returned or exchanged must be unworn, unwashed and have original tags attached.

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to process.
